DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD INSPIRATION
I have decided to do a double page spread for my second ancillary task as I believe that this will be the easiest to make it look professional and realistic, and I have prior experience from AS Media. In order to do this to the best of my ability, I wanted to do some research into what the appearance of my double page spread could look like and what type of media I could do e.g. a review. I chose the ones below because I knew I wanted one main image in my article, a typical convention of a double page spread. I gained the most inspiration from the Clash of the Titans article and partly from the Salt piece. From the Salt article, I took the idea of using facts about the film e.g. the release date, the cast, the plot. This allowed me to give information in my article and also make it look more attractive. The colour scheme and layout inspiration came from the bottom article Clash of the Titans. I believed this dark gold colour represented my film very well and would allow me to have a very simple colour scheme with few changes. I also took the layout idea of using a smaller photo along with a large one and also making some text the same dark gold colour to blend with the overall double page spread.

VOICEOVER
Below is the finished voiceover for the short film. It is approximately 3 minutes and goes hand in hand with the most vital scenes in Saviour and we hope it portrays the emotion and feeling of the character successfully.
STARTING OUR EVALUATION & ANCILLARY TASKS
We have started to do our evaluation questions as our film is complete in it's post-production stage and we have successfully done our audience feedback task. We are currently finishing question 1 which is "In what ways does your media product use,
develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products? This covers aspects such as how our film uses the conventions of drama (our genre), what our editing means and the style of our film and how we stayed faithful to it.
I have started my poster for the first choice of my ancillary tasks and I haven't yet decided whether to do a radio trailer or a double page spread. I have finished the billing block of my poster and I am now deciding between title fonts for 'Saviour' whilst I am waiting to do the photography for it and think about adding a tagline.

WE HAVE FINISHED FILMING
After several weeks of gathering footage for our short film 'Saviour', we have now managed to complete it on Final Cut Pro and have added several sound effects and transitions. Despite our initial ideas for certain scenes changing, the storyline has remained relatively the same aside from the fact it is a romance, as it is now solely a drama as we cut the scene at the end showing the paramedic and Madison together as we believed it looked amateur. All that is left to do now is to export the project as a movie file and upload it to the areas necessary.
